I was Born in Orinda, CA in 1994. Shortly after I was thrown in the water and I’ve been there since. I started swimming competitively as early as I can remember, and specialized in the breaststroke. The aquatic lifestyle eventually exposed me to the sport of Water Polo, and I started my career on the 12U Lamorinda Water Polo team. I began high school at Miramonte in 2008 where I continued both swimming and water polo, participating in North Coast Section finals in both sports. My love for polo led me to join the team at University of the Pacific in 2012, where I played amongst some of the best collegiate water polo players in the nation. In 2016 I graduated with a BS in Biology, and subsequently moved up to Sacramento for a research position in the Surgical Bioengineering Lab at the UC Davis Department of Surgery. I plan to apply to medical school soon with an aim to pursue a career in medicine.
